Our orders are only dispatched on business days (Monday - Friday) and not on national holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will be dispatched the following Monday.

Refunds will be issued to customers who did not receive their orders and opt for a refund instead of reshipment. If, for any reason, packages do not reach customers or should they be dissatisfied with their orders, a reshipment OR refund of the order will be issued. Unfortunately, FDA regulations prohibit us from accepting returned medication.
